FROM PARIS TO "Les Gaillards" BY CAR

DIRECTION INSTRUCTIONS ROUTE NUMBER ATTENTION
Depending on the direction you come from, you should always end up at the south side of PARIS. Most of the time this is direction LYON or direction BORDEAUX. to the A6 In any case you drive in the direction of the A6
When you arrive south of Paris on the A6 (some 15 km. south of EVRY) the road divides in direction blue signs LYON (péage - toll road) and direction green signs FONTAINEBLEAU. You take the last one! After some 20 kilometers you find yourself in Fontainebleau and you see the RN 7 (N7). This is the road you follow for about 230 km direction south. You pass Nemours, Montargis, Cosne sur Loire, Nevers en Moulins. This N7 is all the time very well indicated!
Arriving at MOULINS you keep following the N, direction CLERMONT-FERRAND/ROANNE. South of Moulins the road continues to be the N7 after you passed a roundabout. This is the ring road around Moulins - so don't take Moulin-Centre in the beginning!
South of Moulins you immediatedly pass a very little village Toulon-sur-Allier and 500 meter later you take a LEFT turn direction NEUILLY LE REAL - JALIGNY. This is the D989 and you stay on it for approximately 40 km. You pass Neuilly, St. Voir, Jaligny-sur-Bresbre and Sorbier.
Just 2 km. after SORBIER you'll find at your RIGHT a turning direction MONTCOMBROUX-LES-MINES. You're almost there!
As soon as you hit our village, the road bends sharply to the left and ends in a T-crossing. You turn RIGHT at the fork and after some 150 meters you more or less automatically drive up our drive way (next to the little chapel). See the red box.

ATTENTION!

In France all toll roads are recognisable by their BLUE signs - ofter the word péage is written on it as well. All normal - free - roads are indicated in GREEN.

To make it more confusing you find sometimes green signs with a blue toll road symbol on it. This means: you arrive at the toll road by this free road.
